IronTrack Terms of Use

By creating an account or continuing to use IronTrack, you agree to these Terms.

Service and accounts

IronTrack provides workout tracking, progress tools, Premium features, local reminders, and optional AI Coach. Keep your credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to use.

Fitness and AI safety

IronTrack is not a medical service. Statistics, estimated 1RM values, training suggestions, and AI Coach responses can be inaccurate and are not diagnosis or treatment. Seek appropriate professional help for injury, concerning symptoms, or health decisions.

Subscriptions

Paid digital features in store-distributed builds are intended to be purchased and managed through Google Play or Apple where required. The store checkout controls the final local price and billing terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue according to the store rules until cancelled. Deleting an IronTrack account does not cancel store billing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, abuse rate limits, violate law or third-party rights, or misuse AI Coach contrary to applicable platform policies.

User content

You keep your rights in workout notes, progress photos, and other content you submit, while granting IronTrack the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide the service.

Availability

Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, store outages, network failures, or third-party services may affect availability.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that mandatory consumer-protection law gives you.
